Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact the courier first using your tracking details

If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us and we will assist further



Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
